Leaders and Co-leaders of the powwow family, the following list of rules and tips for making and improving a feeder should be read and put to use. Please leave a comment to show me that you visited this page.
Rules
- Encourage the clan to be active and chat, as a co-leader or leader you should know the majority of the people in the clan. If you don't, find out. ask them where they are from and make sure they are comfortable in the clan.
- Kick LEECHES AND INACS regularly. Set a minimum for donations start low and work your way up.
- Once you get to a point where your clan is very active set lvl requirements. Some literally set lvl requirements but i prefer doing that with troop level. once you have most of your member at lvl 4 troops make that the new minimum and keep moving up.
- Get stuff done without being a dick! As leader or co-leader you should get the members to like you (this shouldnt be a problem). Someone donates the wrong troop one time big whoop, dont make the members feel like its not a good environment. dont make big deals about little things and contact the leaders of the main clan if there is a problem!
Tips
- While kicking inactive members (that should happen at least twice a week) do not go under 44 members. at 44 you will be on top of the clan search, this will help new members join faster.
- Set goals: every clan needs something to work for. something like lets get 10 members over 1000 donations this season.
- Reward members: is there a specific member that is standing out to you as a co-leader? has he been very active over 1000 donation for a few weeks? talk privately to the leader of your feeder clan about promoting him to elder. Elders that have high level troops and are in the 1000s donating may be ready to move up to the main clan. as a co-leader your job is to recommend to a leader of the main clan that he/she be sent up.
- Be competitive: Have donation competitions, see who can fill up their gold storage faster. Healthy competition can be good individually and for the clan.
